• 2007-Mar-20 - Mar, 2007 Update: CS welcomes Travis Glasper, Executive Producer, Here We Go TV!

True to March Madness, the March meeting of CS was quite full. Our cup literally runneth over with inspiration and creative energy!

EYE CANDY

This month CS welcomed special guest speaker Travis Glasper, executive producer, and Anson Williams, screenwriter, of Here We Go Films, based in South Carolina.

Following a screening of Rachel's Scholarship Scam, a recent episode of the HWG serial aimed at helping teens make good choices, Travis shared his inspiring personal story behind how Here We Go came to be.

Travis left us with an invitation to submit scripts to him for future episodes. Be sure to check out Travis' bio and writer's guidelines, on the web at www.herewegotv.com.

A BIG Charlotte Shout-out to Travis and Aaron for making the drive up the interstate to join us!!

A group reading took place of a new script by CS' own Tracy Poole. Tracy is a prolific writer
whose latest, Hawg Wild is a spec draft written specifically for the CBS action-adventure serial The Unit.
Thanks so much, Tracy, for sharing your talents with us. We wish you the best with
this script and look forward to the ones to follow!
