arp-arp expounded in scriptologyat last! i have a fully functioning film review blog with a host that's so easy to tinker with. thank goddess! and to think i found this on the scriptologist site! perfect. a scriptwriter scribbling reviews of films. perfect. not to see my second anti-rust pundity blog go to waste, i decided to separate my reviews of media products. films are strictly here in scriptology since we will be seeing more of these, i'm sure. the rest of the traditional and new media reviews (books, plays, tv shows, music and the rest of 'em) will be kept in the blogspot site.  as always, we "arp" because we want to tell something about a film -- either we will bark on it as a call to make it better, or we will sing its praises if it is on the right track. in filipino, we have this idiomatic expression that says "para huwag kalawangin" or "so something will not rust" (hmm, not so accurate but you get the drift). for writers, we write and write and write so that our writing skills will continue to be well-oiled. this is the point of crafting reviews. i'm still deciding if i will use strictly english here or if i will go the colloquial route and review bilingually in filipino and english. we'll see.    what i'm ecstatic about here at scriptology is the ease of use of their templates. it looks like blogger's but it appears easier to manipulate, especially the pictures. hence the look. oh by the way, all photos on the design are originally mine. some of the photos in the posts will also be original, unless otherwise stated. okay. this looks like fun. let's begin!  |
