A New Christian Film Production About To Start

Executives of Star Visionary Industry and The Beloved are heightening preparations ahead of a joint production of a Christian movie. They are currently studying stories for an eventual production by March 2009.

Criteria for adoption of a script is that the story most aim at educating the moral. Both industries want to use this medium to eradicate societal ills in Cameroon. To them, the production of educative stories that have to do with everyday life issues, will help reduce the rate of some ills such as: corruption, homosexuality, fraud, amongst others. About five stories are currently under study. The Chief Executive Officer of Star Visionary Industry, Dickson NJOKE says his company intends to release at least five movies this year.

The Beloved will from february 12 to 15, 2009, organise a seminar to enhance the skills of local actors. The seminar will record the participation of lecturers, film makers from Star Visionary Industry and The Beloved. At the end of the seminar an audition will be organised for actors and actresses ahead of future productions.
