2006-Oct-7 - Welcome to wired awake...

Greetings noble reader.....you seem to have stumbled nicely across the ramshamble web log of the recently developed Wired Awake productions.

Basically, and in lamens terms (if these not be the same animal, mineral or vegetable), Wired Awake is a ship of pearly wisdom and pure ambition. As yet theres just me, chris, the brains, inspiration and loser behind the whole thing. Basically my plan is, with the help of alot of friends of mine, eventually, to write, direct, produce etc all to make my first movie.

As you may have already gathered yes i am a bored ambitious teenager with little to no experience in the flick field other than the fact that ive watched and loved a hell of a lot of films. I always have loved the film world and always admired it from afar. My epiphony came recently after discovering the kevin smith filim "clerks". This film was my revelation. It taught me  that with good dialogue a low budget, low effects indie movie can be made, and more importantly can be made extremely well. It made me mirror smiths own inward thinking after seeing slackers. It made me think to myself, i can do this, and that i want to do this.

So there we are miscreants of mine, here it begins, i have a film to write, and other people to"hire" to my cause, and you'll be here to read every step of the way.
